ANTIOXIDANT
What is oxidation?
We have all seen the effects of oxidation in nature:

When you cut an apple or avocado in half and wait half an hour, you’ll notice the fruit turns brown. This is oxidation, where the protons in the air are sucking out the electrons (life-force, prana, chi) from the living food.
Oxidation cannot be stopped. However, research indicates that the process can be slowed down with antioxidants. Oxidation reactions in the body can produce free radicals, while antioxidants terminate these reactions. Elevated rates of oxidants and insufficient antioxidants in the body cause oxidative stress.
